Seats for accompanying persons The accompanying persons have a seat in front of the wheelchair spaces. All spaces for people in wheelchairs are roofed and have an unobstructed view of the entire pitch. Ticket information The following information is required by the ticketing department to process ticket orders for seats for people with disabilities:– Complete address with a phone number where you can be reached during the day – Subject: Match pairing and type of disability – A copy of the severely handicapped ID card (front and back)Tickets that can no longer be sent by post can be deposited at the responsible ticket office on the day of the match from the time the stadium opens up to 15 minutes before the start of the match.
In order to be picked up, the disabled person must come to the ticket booth with the original disability card.
